IT Senior Executive

Location:
Teluk Intan, Malaysia

General Requirement:
• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT field with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration.

• Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, basic networking, troubleshooting.

• PowerShell knowledge, IT security awareness, backup and monitoring tools experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration (Primary Role)
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Configure and maintain mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email policies.
• Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and security policies.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 service and user issues.

IT Operations Support
• Provide technical support for end users including desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.
• Support Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
• Assist with network connectivity and VPN troubleshooting.
• Support IT infrastructure maintenance and system monitoring.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset records.

Security & Compliance
• Support implementation of IT security policies and best practices.
• Assist in monitoring system alerts and security events.

Sales Administrative Executive
Location:
Shah Alam, Malaysia

General Requirement:
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in sales administration or customer service position (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Must possess knowledge in SAP system
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Knowledge in Pivot Table will be added advantage
• Knowledge of export shipping documentation and Incoterms

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely order execution.
• Review customer purchase orders received via email and online platforms and validate order details.
• Verify pricing against approved quotations with ASM to maintain pricing accuracy.
• Prepare and validate Order Confirmations (OC) and Proforma Invoices (PI) before sent to customer.
• Provide weekly order status updates to customers.
• Send monthly price lists to customers.
• Coordinate customer and third-party inspector visit schedules with internal departments.
• Liaise with Product Management team on new or revised artwork implementation.
• Perform shipping transactions and documentation processing in SAP.
• Support cost control and risk prevention through systematic order verification.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with shipping team and monitor shipment execution.
• Verify shipping document accuracy including Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading and Certificate of Origin before sending to customers.
• Manage document submission to customers and courier original documents when required.
• Coordinate transport orders and documentation for D-Incoterm shipments.
• Raise Debit Note requests for additional delivery charges upon ASM approval.
• Monitor payment collection and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with Quality Management team and customers to resolve complaints.

Network Engineer

Location:
Teluk Intan, Malaysia

General Requirement:
• Degree in Information technology or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network engineering or network administration (manufacturing environment preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall technologies.
• Experience managing SD-WAN and IPsec VPN environments.
• Experience managing HP Aruba switches and Ruckus wireless infrastructure.
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• VLAN, Routing, NAT
• Network troubleshooting
• Firewall policy management
• Wireless network configuration
• Network monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, SolarWinds or similar)

Good To Have
• Fortinet NSE / Fortinet Certified Professional
• Cisco CCNA / CCNP
• Aruba Networking Certification
• Ruckus Wireless Certification

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management
• Manage and maintain Fortinet firewall infrastructure including security policies and segmentation.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet SD-WAN for multi-site connectivity.
• Deploy and maintain IPsec site-to-site VPN tunnels between offices and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Switching and Network Equipment
• Configure and manage HP Aruba switches including VLANs, trunking, routing, and segmentation.
• Perform firmware upgrades, configuration backups, and switch maintenance.

Wireless Network Management
• Deploy and manage Ruckus wireless access points.
• Configure SSIDs, authentication methods, and wireless security policies.
• Monitor wireless performance and resolve connectivity issues.

Daily IT Operations Support
• Assist in daily IT infrastructure operations and support activities.
• Monitor network systems and respond to alerts or outages.
• Provide network troubleshooting support for users and internal IT teams.
• Support deployment of new network equipment and site connectivity.
• Maintain network documentation including diagrams and IP addressing plans.
• Perform routine maintenance, patching, and firmware upgrades.
